Design Approach
One of our aims is to provide a professional inexpensive drawing for planning and building regulation
approval which will also enable the customer to get quotations from building contractors for the cost of
the works.
Our services include initial submissions to the local authorities, with follow up submissions shortly thereafter in order to seek planning permission and building regulation approval. We do not guarantee planning permission but we have a 95% success rate with our applications. In the unlikely event that planning permission is refused we can offer a written representation appeal service for an additional £900 if required.
We are also able to carry out Structural calculations and Party Wall negotiations through our associated
consultants and we will be pleased to explain the costs relative to the work involved.
We can also carry out commissions for the design of new houses, flat developments and landscaping schemes, where our aim is to create contemporary architecture that is concerned with the relationship between people and architecture. Creating ‘places’ for people, where the lives of the individuals connected with the scheme are enhanced physically as well as psychologically. This is achieved by drawing inspiration from the context and landscape, as well as wider issues concerned with the potential environmental impact of the scheme, in order to integrate the scheme into its surroundings.
